New Team Care system

We recently introduced 'team care' where each corridor has a specific care team who work alongside the residents who live in that unit to plan fun events and often have a bit of a fun competitive result. Valentine’s Day resulted in one corridor decorating their area with red hearts and asking the kitchen to make heart shaped shortbread which was enjoyed by all.  We are waiting to see what they come up with for Easter.
