If you have not already attended one of the Dementia Friends Training sessions organised by BCM and you would like to increase your knowledge and understanding of dementia, please join us on one of the following dates:

Wednesday June 7th @ 3-5pm

Tuesday 13th June @ 6-8pm

The training will take place at Kirk House.

Meet your Kirk House Manager

Sharon Mcilroy is the Residential Manager for Kirk House

Sharon Mcilroy is the Residential Manager for Kirk House. Sharon is part of the Kirk House family, having worked her way up to managerial positions over a number of years. Her excellent reputation saw her seconded to our Copelands residential home to assist in developing core services at that new location. With the appointment of a permanent manager there, Sharon has now returned in 2023 to take up the manager role at Kirk House- a decision that has been warmly received by residents and staff alike.
