Trip to Titanic Belfast

Recently residents and staff from the Memory Wing at Kirk House enjoyed a trip to Titanic Belfast.  The group enjoyed the exhibits and discovering more about Belfast's history, and there were lots of opportunities for reminescence discussion.  All the pictures of old Belfast life got the residents talking about places they had lived and worked.

The staff from the Memory Wing organised all aspects of the trip themselves, ensuring the day was planned in accordance with each resident's needs in mind, and several staff came in on their day off to enable the trip to take place.
