Care Home Open Day 2017

Thank you to all those who attended Care Home Open Day event at Kirk House today. All the delicious cakes were made by the children from Gilnahirk Primary School and Kirk House residents. We are pleased to say that thanks to your generous donations up to now we have raised £190.00 towards Alzheimer's Society's Cupcake Day.

The photos below show how much fun the children and the residents had while decorating the cakes.

Meet your Kirk House Manager

Sharon Mcilroy is the Residential Manager for Kirk House

Sharon Mcilroy is the Residential Manager for Kirk House. Sharon is part of the Kirk House family, having worked her way up to managerial positions over a number of years. Her excellent reputation saw her seconded to our Copelands residential home to assist in developing core services at that new location. With the appointment of a permanent manager there, Sharon has now returned in 2023 to take up the manager role at Kirk House- a decision that has been warmly received by residents and staff alike.
