125th Birthday Celebrations at Kirk House

We were delighted to welcome Aunt Sandra's Candy Factory to Kirk House to celebrate our 125th Birthday Celebrations. Almost all of the residents and even some of their relatives joined in on the festivities. Everyone had an opportunity to make their own chocolate and take it away with them, that is of course if it had not already been eaten!

Sharon Mcilroy is the Residential Manager for Kirk House

Sharon Mcilroy is the Residential Manager for Kirk House. Sharon is part of the Kirk House family, having worked her way up to managerial positions over a number of years. Her excellent reputation saw her seconded to our Copelands residential home to assist in developing core services at that new location. With the appointment of a permanent manager there, Sharon has now returned in 2023 to take up the manager role at Kirk House- a decision that has been warmly received by residents and staff alike.
