Caring with a difference
at Kirk House

The Age Friendly Innovation Event

Kirk House and Ulster University’s Northern Ireland Connected Health Innovation Centre (NI-CHIC) have been working together to explore Age Friendly Innovation as part of an Invest NI funded research project. The project seeks to improve care for residents using innovative technology in a care setting.

Kirk House hosted the Age Friendly Innovation event on Thursday 19 October to facilitate the sharing of unmet health care needs of older adults and their care providers, provide live demonstration of emerging healthcare technology solutions that might not be known by the community and to identify new areas of potential collaboration.

We would like to thank all the organisations who attended the event.

The photos below will give you an overview of the event and the technology presented. You can also watch a short video from the event here.

Thank you.
